Upon the arrival of each batch of raw materials, a third-party inspection report is required. Our Quality Control Department inspects all raw materials. Qualified raw materials are labeled as qualified and stored. Unqualified raw materials are returned directly, eliminating quality risks at the source.

After receiving and verifying product information, each machine is sent for inspection. If it passes quality inspection, a record is kept and placed in a designated qualified product storage area. After confirmation by the quality control supervisor, it can be returned to production for packaging. Unqualified products are marked for easy identification and returned for reprocessing. No defective products are allowed to enter the market.

Each device is affixed with a unique serial number before leaving the factory. This number records key data such as the production batch, testing personnel, and certification information. If a customer reports an issue, simply provide the serial number, and we can retrieve complete production and testing records within 10 minutes, quickly identify the root cause, and provide a solution within 24 hours, avoiding long-term disputes caused by quality issues.

Finished products undergo IPQC verification and are then sent for sampling inspection, including appearance, electrical, and packaging testing. If these tests pass, the finished product is released for shipment. If not, a failure report is generated, and the cause is analyzed. Rework and remanufacturing are then carried out before further inspection. This process is repeated to ensure the absolute safety and reliability of the instrument.

When defective products are discovered, we trace them back to similar products, label them, and place them in the defective material area. We then analyze the cause of the defect and, based on this information, either rework and re-inspection, or simply send them to the warehouse for scrapping. The Production, Quality Control, and Technical Departments collaborate to complete the entire process from developing preventive measures to implementing them, verifying their effectiveness, and standardizing their results.
